from decoding binaries and coding programs to having actual communication from all walks of life, i'd say the journey i'm going through is not all fun and dandy. i may have learned a lot but the learning part itself is a continuous process until we breathe out our last breath. and i may have experienced the wonders but there are more to explore.
today, i stumbled upon this piece. it pretty much sums up about project management, being a leader, being part of the team and of course, the most important tool in making a project success; COMMUNICATION.
without proper communication we can't really understand each other roles and much less the team's problem. face the facts, there's no one man show in a team. keep the options open and choose the best solution. oh well, enjoy the article..! :)
